My career has never been about selling products or chasing trends. It's been about understanding how businesses really work and finding practical ways to make them operate more efficiently.
Over the years I've worked across multiple industries, helping organisations improve quality management, streamline operations, implement ISO 9001, develop websites that generate enquiries and automate repetitive processes that waste valuable time.
Every project has reinforced one belief: businesses don't need more complexity, they need clearer systems, better processes and technology that genuinely supports the people using it.
That's why I created STR8GEN. To bring consultancy, automation, websites and quality management together under one roof, giving businesses one trusted partner instead of several disconnected suppliers.
Twenty Years Of Solving Business Problems.
I didn't start STR8GEN because I wanted to build another digital agency. I started it after spending more than two decades inside businesses where I kept seeing the same problems repeated over and over again.
Whether I was leading operational teams, implementing ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, managing security operations, transforming outsourcing businesses or improving service delivery, the biggest obstacle was rarely the people. It was broken systems.
Too many businesses waste thousands every year trying to fix symptoms instead of fixing the way the business actually operates. Better software doesn't solve poor processes. More paperwork doesn't improve quality. Another website doesn't automatically generate customers.
STR8GEN exists because I wanted to bring everything I've learned from operations, quality management, automation and business consultancy together into one practical approach that genuinely helps companies become simpler, stronger and easier to scale.
